Thomas Crawford

Thomas Crawford is the Founder and Executive Director of the Independent Musicians Guild (IMG), a growing organization dedicated to supporting and connecting independent artists across genres. He is also the founder of Darkstream Music Management, a company focused on helping emerging musicians build sustainable careers with personalized support and strategic development.

Before launching these ventures, Thomas spent years in the tech industry, holding roles at companies like Amazon and Tinder, an experience that sharpened his understanding of systems, scalability, and innovation. Drawing on that background, he now applies a tech-savvy, entrepreneurial mindset to the challenges facing independent musicians.

Outside of his executive work, Thomas is also the frontman and songwriter for the band EISTIBVS, giving him direct, personal insight into the artist's journey. While not formally trained in advocacy, his efforts are rooted in lived experience and a deep commitment to creating a more accessible, empowering path for fellow musicians. Through IMG and Darkstream, he’s helping reshape what it means to be independent in today’s music industry.
